In the event of force majeure, such as attraction closure due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, adverse traffic, or weather conditions, etc., the local tour company reserves the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary without prior notice or compensation
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times
- Local laws require car seats for children under 9 or under 145 cm in height. Please prepare your own car seat. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate in the tour without refunds
- There is no refund if a guest withdraws during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (such as no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.)

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
