・Prices: The prices listed on the website are the same as the rates listed on the website, but we can also accommodate other plans according to your needs. In that case, we will provide you with a separate quote.
・A late-night fee will be charged between 23:00 and 6:00. Also, an additional fee will be charged between December 18th and December 31st due to the peak season.
・Additional fees will be charged if you use parking lots or toll roads.
・If the waiting time or actual vehicle time is extended due to customer's convenience, a 30 minute fee will be charged, and if the time exceeds that, an extension fee will be charged. However, if the time is extended due to traffic congestion, no charge will be charged.
・If you board the vehicle after your reserved boarding time, you will disembark at the same time as you have reserved.
- If the actual driving ends earlier than the reserved time due to customer's circumstances, refunds will not be given regardless of the actual driving time.
・We are not responsible for delays in actual travel time or failure to adhere to the scheduled time due to road conditions, traffic conditions, natural disasters, or vehicle defects.
・Prevention of infectious diseases: If you have any symptoms of an infectious disease (mainly a cough that seems to be related to the lungs), we will refuse to allow you to board the bus. We ask for your understanding in order to prevent cluster outbreaks.
・We will provide hand sanitizer/disinfecting wipes. Please help us by disinfecting your hands and personal items such as your cell phone.
・For ventilation, we will keep the guest room windows open by about 10 cm at all times. This will cause the air conditioner to be less effective as the cold air is exhausted, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
・We operate the ozone sterilization and deodorizer "Ozoneo Aero" MXAP-AE270 in the guest rooms. Depending on the individual, you may experience headaches or discomfort in your nose and throat. If this occurs, please turn off the power.
・Our crew members will wear masks when serving customers.
・There are numbers on the glasses provided. Please check the number on the glass you are using to avoid close contact.
・If you cancel due to symptoms of COVID-19 infection or close contact, we will reschedule your appointment, so please do not force yourself and reschedule. (The deadline for changing the date and time is 3 months.) If you would like a refund, we will charge you the cancellation fee.
・If you wish to change the date and time, please contact us by the reception time on the day before. If you cancel on the day, the cancellation policy will apply.
