- The spa does not accept walk-ins. Please book an appointment at least 1 to 2 days in advance of your intended visit date
- After you book a service, please let us know the desired time slot of your visit date via KKday message
- The confirmed bookings cannot be amended, canceled, or refunded
- You may request to move your booking time up to 48 hours before the confirmed reservation time. If you fail to arrive on time or do not show up without prior notice, you will not be able to rebook or reschedule your experience
- If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or other medical conditions, please consult with your doctor before signing up for any of the spa services
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, please message us via KKday with proof at least 1 to 2 days before your visit date
