KKday vouchers cannot be used for boarding. Please download the "HK City Sightseeing" app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Use the "HK City Sightseeing" app to scan the redemption QR code on your KKday voucher with your phone's camera, or upload the redemption QR code from your phone's photo library (or manually enter the 20-character redemption QR code below this page). The app will redeem and store your purchased package.
Before boarding the bus, please open the app and show and verify the boarding QR code to the blue electronic payment machine on the bus.
The sightseeing city bus night tour ticket covers only the sightseeing city bus H2K line.
Citybus Hong Kong Tour – 24/48/72-hour ticket covers the following routes: Passengers can ride all Citybus franchised routes (including sightseeing Citybus), joint venture cross-harbour bus routes (Citybus trips only), Citybus overnight routes, special routes (including racecourse routes), border crossing routes B3 series, B5, B7, B8 and Citybus country tour routes, all Citybus Airport Express A and NA routes, Citybus North Lantau routes, and Disneyland route R8 (Citybus trips only).
Passengers holding tickets will have priority boarding when taking routes H1, H2K and H3 at the Central (Star Ferry Pier) terminus. Please inform the station staff before queuing so that arrangements can be made.
Passengers who wish to board the Citybus at the Central Sightseeing Bus Terminus must ensure that their tickets are still valid or unused at the time of boarding; otherwise, Citybus reserves the right to refuse boarding to such passengers.
Each redeemed QR code and the QR code in the app can only be used by one passenger.
Tickets are for the use of the ticket holder only and may not be transferred or resold.
Please do not copy or alter the QR code in any form, otherwise the redemption will be immediately invalid.
Lost or damaged redemption QR codes will not be reissued.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Each adult passenger can travel free of charge with up to two children under four years old who do not occupy seats.
Citybus reserves the right to terminate or change discount offers and/or these terms at any time.
Citybus reserves the absolute right to change service hours, frequency, routes, and bus stop locations at any time due to traffic, weather, or other factors without prior notice. Citybus shall not be liable for any losses incurred by passengers as a result of the foregoing or any other reason.
If the open-top sightseeing bus is unable to operate due to mechanical failure, inclement weather, or other reasons, Citybus reserves the right to arrange for another non-open-top bus to continue the trip. Citybus also has the absolute right to change service hours, frequency, routes, and bus stop locations at any time due to traffic, weather, or other factors without prior notice. Citybus shall not be liable for any losses incurred by passengers due to the above reasons or other causes.
Please ensure that the device you are using to purchase the e-ticket has internet access. If you are unable to present your e-ticket due to internet access failure, you will not be able to board the train and will not be eligible for a refund.
