Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the one-day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. No refund will be given if the passenger abandons the tour due to personal reasons.

Infants 3 years old and younger are free of charge if they do not occupy a seat. Please inform us in advance when ordering. Children aged 4 years and above will be charged the same rate as the adults
Please do not eat or drink in the car. If stains are caused in the car, you will be charged additional fees according to local cleaning standards
The flower viewing period will be slightly delayed due to weather conditions. Once the tour is organized, the tour will proceed as usual regardless of weather conditions. Please be advised.
Please understand that refund/compensation requests will be denied if they are due to poor conditions of the cherry blossoms, rain, or other weather factors
The company is not responsible for the inability to join the tour or poor scenery due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, etc., and no refunds or rescheduling are possible. Please understand.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
