Reminders
A minimum of 20 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
No pick-up service is provided, so please arrive at the meeting point on your own. Please allow plenty of time to arrive as public transportation is very busy during the morning hours.
No-shows on the day will be subject to cancellation fees even transportation delays.
Those who have difficulty walking on their own may not be allowed to participate.
As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
Please be noted that you cannot change the scheduled return location after the tour.
When the number of participants is few, mini van may be used for departure. (combination of rental car and driver service)
In case of traffic congestion or any other uncontrollable reasons, may lead to changes on tour schedule or time shorten in each sightseeing spots, please be noted in advance.
Tour is scheduled as listed hour, however may subject to change due to traffic condition.
Please wear clothes and shoes that enable walking smoothly and easily during the tour.
As it would be cold outdoor, please wear warm clothes and shoes （non-slip shoes）that suitable for playing snow.
Please prepare gloves or other necessary equipment for playing snow.
Base on stocking condition of the restaurant, food for lunch may change.
Regarding to strawberry picking, depends on ripeness there is a chance that strawberries picked in advance will be distributed and shared to tour participants for tasting or as gift.
In case of traffic jams, Yuba picking experience may be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
