A journey to find high-quality protein - explore the future of food from "tofu" and learn about Hong Kong's traditional culture. In recent years, people have paid more attention to health, and beans have become one of the important elements of a healthy diet in the future. The nutritional value of tofu has caused the tofu industry to flourish again, which has declined in recent years, and some people even make their own tofu for consumption. In this itinerary, the instructor will not only explain the future of healthy eating based on science, but also teach how to make tofu.
In addition to the tofu workshop, the itinerary also arranges a Japanese lunch at a specialty restaurant. The protagonist of this limited-time themed restaurant is "Momo", who has won the "9th place in the Japan National Mascot Contest" and the "Gold Medal in the Hong Kong Mascot Popularity Contest". With "healing" and "joy" as its core brand values, Momo's recognition has spread beyond Hong Kong to Japan since 2019. In 2019 and 2022 respectively, we made goodwill visits to 5 prefectures and more than 20 cities in Japan, including Nagano Prefecture, Saitama Prefecture, Tochigi Prefecture, Gunma and Ibaraki Prefecture, and held 38 face-to-face meetings. There are multiple check-in seats in the restaurant for everyone to enjoy the delicious food and take photos.
