Start your day by being collected from your CBD hotel or arrive at Queen Street Jetty on the South Perth Esplanade and meet our friendly team. Upon arrival on the waterfront, you will proceed to check into your seaplane flight with a glass of Margaret River sparkling wine.

Depart from the Swan River and go on a 55-minute flight from Perth CBD to Margaret River. See the beautiful state from the sky with low-level aerial views of Perth City, Fremantle, Carnac and Garden Island, Mandurah, and the famous Busselton Jetty.

Arrive at the wine region and meet with your driver to board the private vehicle before going on a 3.5-hour adventure through our world-renowned wine region. Take a short 20-minute drive to your first stop, which is Aravina Estate. See the estate’s rolling hills and manicured gardens with the stunning cellar door and state-of-the-art winemaking facility. Step into the premises and be immediately introduced to the most premium wines during a guided tasting session at the cellar door before being shown to your seats.

  • Passengers must comply with all Government (Federal and State) requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access the Swan River Seaplanes services. Where the passenger does not comply, cancels, or is unable to access our services, any and all amounts paid will be forfeited

  • Weight restrictions mean we cannot take passengers over 120kg. False declaration of body weight may result in your fare being canceled. Please allow for clothing when declaring your weight as you will be weighed in your current attire. A luggage allowance of 5kg per person is automatically added

  • Infants (Under 2 years of age) can be hosted. The combined weight of the infant and parent must be under 120 kg. Please ask our staff for more information

  • It is common for Rottnest Island to experience unfavourable winds in the afternoon which can restrict seaplane transfers. In the event of high wind above our seaplane takeoff and landing crosswind limit alternative transport from Rottnest Island will be arranged and a partial refund will be offered

  • Due to limited tour spaces, all tour bookings must be paid for in full to secure booking

  • Ferry bookings made online are on request until confirmed by the supplier

  • All flights and tours are subject to minimum passenger numbers

  • The baggage allowance for all flights is strictly 5 kg per person. Luggage is weighed at check-in. Additional luggage can be transported to your destination at an additional cost

  • We reserve the right to cancel or change any tour due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–61 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
