  • Each piece of luggage must be 180 cm in length, width, and height combined, and weigh no more than 32 kg.
  • Your luggage can be a handbag, suitcase, cardboard box, backpack, ski bag, or stroller. If your luggage does not comply with any legal regulations, your booking will be refused, even if successful. You will be solely responsible for any losses and legal liabilities incurred.
  • If the mailing address is a hotel, the luggage will be handed over at the counter.

- Overdue processing -

  • If a customer fails to appear more than 30 minutes after the agreed time when they can be contacted, an overtime fee of USD 5 per 15 minutes will be charged, according to the prices on the Baggage Agent website.
  • If a hotel passenger arrives at the hotel but is unable to receive the luggage and cannot contact the customer through the front desk or messaging apps, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund.
  • Airport mail delivery
    1. Flight not delayed: The 30-minute free waiting period will apply. If the wait exceeds 30 minutes and the customer cannot be contacted or their luggage cannot be collected, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund.
    2. Handover delays due to flight delays: - We will automatically extend the handover time within one hour based on the actual flight delay time.
    - If the delay exceeds one hour, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund half of the fee.
    - If we choose to continue waiting for more than one hour, we will not charge the customer a waiting fee.
    * Considering factors such as flight delays, border quarantine measures, and customs clearance times, we recommend that customers allow at least two hours after landing to book baggage collection time to avoid additional charges.
  • It's rare for customers to not show up at the airport to pick up their luggage, but if this happens, we will go to the check-in counter provided by the customer to inquire if they have arrived. If the check-in counter is closed and we are unable to contact the customer, we will store their luggage in an electronic locker and then provide the customer with the locker's location and code via email and messaging software. The customer can then retrieve their luggage from the locker at their own expense.

  • If your flight is cancelled, you will receive a full refund if you notify customer service to cancel your order before the staff picks up your luggage. If you notify customer service to cancel your order after the staff has picked up your luggage, you will not receive a refund, and the staff will send your luggage to the location designated by you.

  • Even if a flight is delayed, staff will still transport the luggage to the passenger's designated location.

  • If the flight is delayed by 60 minutes or less, our staff will wait for 90 minutes free of charge from the time you booked the delivery. If the delivery cannot be made within 90 minutes, it will be considered as a waiver of service and no refund will be given.

  • When storing your luggage, please inform the hotel front desk staff that you have entrusted "LuggAgent" to retrieve your luggage. The staff will retrieve your luggage based on the photo on the storage receipt. Please be sure to provide photos of your luggage and the storage receipt.

  • If you fail to upload photos of your luggage and the storage receipt before the designated drop-off time, resulting in staff taking the wrong luggage or not receiving your luggage, you will be solely responsible for any related consequences.

  • If you only need to check in some of your luggage, please store them separately and obtain separate receipts from the front desk staff; if you store all your luggage together, it will be considered as a full-service check-in and the staff will collect it all at once.

  • If the hotel front desk does not provide a luggage storage receipt, please provide your "booking name" and "room number" and inform the hotel front desk staff that you will collect your luggage with a photo of your luggage, your booking name, and your room number.
