Purchase Notice
- The GoCar holds a maximum of 2 passengers
- The prices are per GoCar, not per person
- Passengers must be 21 years and above. Please bring ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification
- Passengers must bring a major credit card and a valid driver’s license
- GoCar does not accommodate car seats for children. The minimum age to be a passenger is 7 years old
- On the day of rental, a security deposit will be held on your credit card until the GoCar is returned
- All passengers must sign a standard participant agreement. They will have the option to purchase Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance on the day of rental
- Passengers are free to extend the length of their tour on the day of rental. Additional rental time will be charged in 15-minute increments
- Cars must be returned to the rental location before dusk
- If weather conditions are extreme, the tour can be re-scheduled for another day or time, or refunded
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to passengers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
Reminders
During the tour, you can go freestyle if you want to, but the car only talks about the designated routes
If you are pregnant, please consult with your lead doctor if they allow you to participate in these types of activities, and keep in mind the car is small and the ride is bumpy
Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
