  • Children aged 0 to 5 can join for free when sharing a bed with parents. Only one child can accompany two adults, and the second child incurs a 50% charge of the adult price
  • Children aged 5 to 11 are charged 75% of the tour price when sharing a bed with parents. Only one child from 5 to under 11 years old can accompany two adults; additional children are counted as adults
  • Children 11 years old and above are considered adults

Reminders

  • A minimum of 8 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • No refunds, cancellations, or changes are permitted on public holidays and Tet (Vietnamese New Year)

  • Cancellation fees are waived for Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

  • Customers are permitted to change the tour date once, and must notify company 7 days in advance (subject to availability)

  • If the customer disagrees with the alternative date or if the company cannot provide corresponding services, the regular cancellation policy will apply

  • Please do not eat unfamiliar fruits or plants in the forest, such as leaves, mushrooms, etc.

  • Please do not go out alone and avoid wandering into dense bushes or thickets

  • Please support and cooperate with each other during the journey

  • Please note that littering is prohibited

  • Please always follow the instructions of the tour guide

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 10 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 5 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 75% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
