Please be aware that some seats may have a view of small streetlights or trees.
Young children can sit on your lap and are not counted in the headcount.
Transportation to the venue is not included. Please make your own arrangements.
There is no dedicated parking available at the venue. Please use the nearest public transportation.
Your seat number will be provided at the ticket counter on the day of the event. Please note that seat selection is not possible.

Even if some of the floats have not completed a full circuit of the course, the Aomori Nebuta Festival will end at the scheduled end time, and some floats may not reach the viewing area by the end of the seating time (21:00).
Regarding use in rainy weather, umbrellas cannot be used in the seats as they obstruct the view of those in the back rows. Rain gear will be provided for each person in case of rain.
If an event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, we will, in principle, notify you by the event date, except in unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or disease outbreaks. In such cases, the event fee will be fully refunded. However, no refunds will be given for cancellations due to customer reasons.
