Purchase Notice
- Cash payment on tour day: All service fees and mandatory charges must be paid in cash to the guide on the tour day. If you leave the tour early, fees are non-refundable.
- Accurate booking info required: Please provide correct full name, gender, contact details, and flight info / meeting location. You are responsible for any loss caused by wrong information.
- Age rule: Guests under 18 must travel with an adult. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Video recording notice: Vehicles have inside/outside cameras and guides wear recording devices. By joining the tour, you agree to video recording.
- Voucher & sold-out cases: Your tour voucher will be emailed 1–3 business days before departure. If sold out during peak season, we will contact you to reschedule or change the route.
- Hotels & deposits: Hotel room type/location is not guaranteed (including triple/quad rooms). Check-in is usually after 3:00 PM. A credit/debit card is required for the hotel deposit. Deposit refunds depend on hotel/bank timing (usually 7–21 business days).
- Hotel rules: No smoking and no cooking (including self-heating hot pots). Violations may result in USD $200–$250 fines and legal responsibility.
- Tickets/passes not accepted: Do not bring or use your own attraction tickets or U.S. national park annual passes for this boutique small group tour. If used, transportation service for that day will be refused (non-U.S. resident national park passes are allowed).
- Itinerary changes / no refunds: The guide/driver may adjust the itinerary due to weather, traffic, closures, holidays, or other force majeure events. No refunds for these situations. We are not responsible for delays, missed flights/trains, or extra costs.
- Luggage limit: Each guest may bring one 26-inch suitcase. Extra/oversized luggage is your responsibility. Free storage may be available in the departure city (lock provided; key cost/loss is your responsibility).
- Lost items: Please protect your belongings. We are not responsible for lost/damaged items. If lost, report to the police immediately. We recommend travel insurance.
- Child seat (under 8): If traveling with a child under 8, you must inform us at booking to arrange a child seat (USD $20 per use). If not informed, delays and related costs/fines will be your responsibility.
- Payment note: Tour package must be paid domestically. Other expenses during the trip must be paid in cash overseas.
- Optional activities: Optional items depend on the day’s conditions and are not guaranteed. Please do not prepay.
Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
Travelers may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit
Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
The tour guide will purchase optional activities for you. If you do not wish to join any optional activities, you may enjoy free time and meet up with the tour guide at the designated time and point
All tickets must be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use the tickets they bought on their own (e.g. City Pass)
The price details are for reference only. Please refer to each attractions' on-site announcement for ticket details. If tourists insist on using their own tickets, the local tour operator will not provide transportation or tour guide services for the day
In the event of force majeure factors such as weather, war, and strikes, which make it impossible to visit the destination, the local travel agency will make every effort to ensure the safety for customers and their property. The local travel agency reserves the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect liability arising from force majeure. No refunds will be given for fees already paid
In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays that cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 15 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
