  • Meeting location: In front of exit 9 of Gwanghwamun Station
  • This is a shared tour, and you will be accompanied by other participants
  • The bus will depart on time. Please be punctual
  • We will  email you the departure status three days before the trip. Please provide your correct email address
  • Minimum number required for departure: 2 peopl (Sunday)
  • If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour will be automatically canceled, and you will receive a full refund
  • Inclusions: City bus pass, Entrance fee, Snack (depending on local circumstances), English-speaking tour guide
  • Exclusions: Lunch fee, Travel insurance, Personal expenses
  • All reservations are in the 'reservation requested' status, and the 'reservation confirmation' will be made three days before the departure date
  • A confirmation notification will be sent upon reservation confirmation

Reminders

  • A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
