Performers are subject to change for a variety of reasons. Please note that we are unable to cancel due to the change of performers.

Cancellations made after the reservation is confirmed will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that no refunds are available.

Seating will be determined on the day of the event, please note that we are unable to assign zones and seat numbers in advance.

Food and drinks are not allowed in the venue (Only water is allowed)

Telephoto photography and videography are prohibited in the venue. Baggage inspection may be conducted before entering the venue.

Neither we nor the organizers are responsible for lost or stolen tickets after receiving them (tickets cannot be reissued).

Please make sure to bring passports or a certificate of alien registration (original) for all participants on the day.

This product can be purchased by ages 15 and older. If a minor makes a reservation, it is assumed that the reservation is made with the permission of a parent. Children under 15 years old cannot redeem tickets.
