DAY 1: RIYADH - QWE’YAH (250 km)

Meet our guide in the morning at 9 am. This first day of our trip will bring us to some of the most brilliant testimonies of the past carved by the inhabitants of the Arabian Peninsula throughout the centuries. We will start with the famous Graffiti Rock 1 which is just one hour from Riyadh and then carry on to the city of Qwe’yiah where we will reveal to you some of the hidden ancient treasures we have discovered for you. Our guides will explain to you the stories of the animals and humans drawn on the rock and will decipher the mysterious messages written in ancient scripts. Our itinerary will bring us along landscapes made of green wadis and beautiful mountains that are completely different from the direct surroundings of Riyadh. Dinner & camping in the desert.

DAY 2: QWE’YAH – RIYADH (300 km)

Breakfast in the camp. For this second day on the ancient remains of Central Arabia, we will drive through the desert to visit another secret place in a beautiful wadi where Arabian kings wrote some texts on the rock. They told us in an ancient script that is no longer used about their power and conquests that we will detail for you. Lunch en route. We will then explore the wadi where more carvings can be found by a trained eye. Based on the content of those texts and drawings we will tell you about the ancient history of the Arabian Peninsula, the environment, and the people of that time. Drive back to Riyadh for arrival in the late afternoon.
