If you order a ride for tomorrow the day before, but do not confirm the flight time with me before 13:00 in the afternoon, the backend will cancel the order automatically.
This is a shared transfer service. The actual transfer and journey time will be based on the flight schedule of the shared passengers on that day and cannot be specified.
Each person can carry no more than 2 pieces of luggage. If you have more than 2 pieces of luggage, you will be charged an additional fee for one person. Please pay the driver in cash.
This product only provides one-way service. If you need round-trip (airport drop-off, airport pick-up) service, please place 2 separate orders.
This item can accommodate a golf bag for free. Please note that if you have items that exceed the normal suitcase size, such as surfboards, bicycles, etc., please do not place an order.
There is no pet-friendly service at the airport pick-up.

- For cancellations made 0 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
