1. SAVVY Seafood Dinner Buffet

SAVVY presents its all-new "Flame-Seared Alaskan King Crab & Lobster Dinner Buffet", bringing together premium seafood and refined Asian cuisine.

Featured dishes:

Highlights include grilled Alaskan king crab, roasted Australian beef and grilled salmon at the grill station, plus grilled abalone with scallion sauce, teppanyaki lobster claws and Japanese mixed rice with duck liver at the teppanyaki station. The chilled seafood station offers lobster, snow crab and more, while Asian hot dishes include braised abalone with shiitake mushrooms and steamed grouper. For dessert, enjoy a range of cakes and Häagen-Dazs™ ice cream, plus a tofu pudding station and a homemade banana boat station.

2. SAVVY Seafood Weekend Brunch Feast

This weekend seafood brunch brings together star dishes from many cuisines. Chilled seafood leads the way, with brown crab, snow crab, mussels and more, alongside sashimi platters and a variety of international salads. The live cooking station serves roasted Australian beef, black truffle cream penne and Thai and Indonesian dishes such as tom yum goong and curry abalone. To finish, enjoy Häagen-Dazs ice cream, tofu pudding and a banana boat station with toppings of your choice.

3. SAVVY Weekday Semi-Buffet Lunch

Weekday semi-buffet lunch with complimentary tea (one per guest): a selection of buffet starters, your choice of main course, and tea.

This SAVVY menu brings together a wide range of international dishes, led by Western classics such as grilled Australian sirloin, plus Indian lamb or butter chicken curry, Japanese grilled sea bass and sashimi rice bowl sets, Thai stir-fried rice noodles and green curry, Korean bibimbap and pork belly, and Chinese favourites such as sweet and sour pork and rose wine soy sauce chicken. You can also add the signature "siphon" tom yum goong with king prawns.
