Purchase Notice
- The COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (ART) is a nasal swab test taken from the lower section of the nose. It is cheaper and has a quicker turnaround time than the PCR swab test. However, the COVID-19 ART is less accurate than the PCR swab test
- You will receive your COVID-19 ART results via SMS notification
- The COVID-19 ART test results will be ready within 30 minutes
- You are required to present your NRIC to get the COVID-19 ART at selected Healthway Medical GP clinics
Reminders
Due to enhanced safety measures, reservation is required. After receiving your pre-departure COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (ART) confirmation, reserve a time slot by emailing corporate.sales@healthwaymedical.com with the following details:
Flight details and time, name, national registration identity card (NIRC), date of birth, passport number, nationality, email address, address, contact number, and clinic of choice

Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available for unused vouchers
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
