- A 7-seater vehicle will be provided, and children under 8 must use a car seat as required by local laws; a fee equivalent to one adult ticket will be charged

Travelers aged under 18 must be accompanied by at least one paying adult throughout the tour
Each traveler may carry one piece of large-size luggage (under 28" or 20 kg) and one carry-on baggage

Travelers are responsible for the safety of their baggage. Any lost or damaged baggage is the traveler's liability. In case of vehicle mechanical failures, only partial refunds will be provided for lost or damaged baggage
If the bus is late, compensation will be provided based on the delay time. However, there will be no refund of the tour fee. The tour guide will explain the compensation details on-site, and travelers must comply with the guide's arrangements accordingly
Please arrive at the meeting point promptly, as the bus will depart on time. Participation and refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
