– How to Use the E-Ticket –

When using an electronic ticket, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone. Click the link to the e-ticket received after booking, show it to the staff, and press the “Use” button.

• The e-ticket must be used online, so please ensure your device has a stable internet connection.
• Important: Screenshots or printed copies of the ticket are not valid.
• If multiple tickets are purchased at once, they cannot be used separately. Once you start using the e-ticket, all tickets in the order will be activated simultaneously. Tickets are non-transferable and non-shareable, so please make sure all tickets are used for the same trip. If you wish to use tickets separately at different times, please purchase them separately.
• To prevent unauthorized use, if you open the e-ticket in a different environment from the first time it was opened, the system will require OTP (one-time password) verification. Please follow these steps:
  (1) Enter a valid email address and press “Send.”
  (2) Check your email inbox for the OTP. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still not found, verify that you entered the correct email address and try again on the website.
  (3) Enter the OTP from the email on the ticket screen and click “Confirm.” If the OTP is correct, the e-ticket usage screen will appear.
  ※Please note: Once the OTP is verified, the email address cannot be changed. Therefore, please be sure to enter your email address during verification.

ー How to use the Dotonbori Mini Boat ticket ー

1. Please bring your QR Code voucher for the Dotonbori Mini Cruise to the designated location to exchange it for a physical ticket.
2. Upon arriving at the Dotonbori Mini Cruise boarding pier, use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone to open the e-ticket link included in your voucher. Show the e-ticket to the staff and press the “Use” button to exchange it for a ticket with a specified departure time.
3. Please queue at the pier 15 minutes before the departure time indicated on your ticket. Boarding begins 10 minutes before departure.
4. Notes:
   ※ If the cruise is fully booked or due to unforeseen circumstances, boarding may not be possible.
   ※ Student pricing applies to junior high, high school, university, and vocational school students. Please present a valid student ID upon boarding.
   ※ Ensure your mobile device has internet access. Screenshots or printed tickets are not valid.

ー How to use Kaiyodo Figure Museum Miraiza Osaka Castle tickets ー

1. You will use different QR codes to redeem tickets for Kaiyodo Figure Museum Miraiza Osaka Castle and Osaka Metro Pass respectively.
2. Kaiyodo Figure Museum Miraiza Osaka Castle voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
   

ー How to use advance tickets for the Osaka Prefectural Government Sakishima Observatory ー

1. You can use the same QR code to redeem tickets for both the Osaka Sakishima Government Building Observatory and the Osaka Metro pass.
2. The Osaka Prefectural Government Sakishima Observatory ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

ー How to use your Osaka HEP FIVE Ferris wheel ticket ー

1. On the day of your visit, please bring your HEP FIVE QR Code voucher to the HEP FIVE counter to complete the redemption process.
2. Upon arrival, use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone to open the e-ticket link included in your voucher. Show the e-ticket to the staff and press the “Use” button.
3. The e-ticket must be used online, so please ensure your device has a stable internet connection.
4. Screenshots or printed copies of the ticket are not valid.
5. Validity: Osaka HEP FIVE Ferris Wheel tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
   

ー How to use your Abeno Observatory Harukas 300 ticket ー

1. Please present your e-voucher at the counter on the 16th floor of Abeno HARUKAS 300 Observatory.
2. Children under 4 years old enter free of charge but must be accompanied by a parent. Youths and children aged 4–17 are eligible for discounted tickets, which must be purchased on-site.
3. Validity: HARUKAS 300 vouchers are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
