- There are more than 10 limited express trains running daily, and it only takes 5 minutes from the station to the hotel.
- Limited Express Tokachi: Sapporo ⇔ Minami-Chitose ⇔ Shimukappu ⇔ Tomamu ⇔ Obihiro
- Limited Express Ozora: Sapporo ⇔ Minami-Chitose ⇔ Shimukappu ⇔ Tomamu ⇔ Obihiro ⇔ Kushiro - Starting March 16, 2024, all trains stopping at TOMAMU Station will be changed to 'All Reserved Seats'. - Regarding ticket purchase: Guests can purchase tickets in advance via the JR-EAST Train Reservation website / directly at the airport or manned stations in advance / or at the Reserved Seat Ticket Vending Machine inside Tomamu The Tower.
- Upon arrival at Tomamu Station: Every limited express train stops at Tomamu Station, where a shuttle bus will take you to the hotel. This bus is free of charge and no reservation is required. After getting off the train, please inform the staff which hotel you will be staying at, The Tower or RISONARE.
- Departing from different locations to Tomamu:
- From Sapporo: There are direct trains from Sapporo to Tomamu Station.

- From Obihiro Airport: You need to take a shuttle bus to Obihiro Station first, then take a train to Tomamu Station.

Tomamu at an altitude of 1,088 meters, it can be reached by taking the Unkai Cable Car, which takes about 13 minutes. It is open from mid-May to mid-October every year, and there is a 40% chance of seeing the sea of clouds.
Sea of Clouds Platform: Located at the top of Mt. TOMAMU at an altitude of 1,088 meters, it is the most representative attraction of the resort. Take the sea of clouds cable car up the mountain and have the opportunity to see the magnificent sea of clouds, which is especially spectacular in the early morning.
Ice Terrace: A magnificent view you can only witness in winter! Under a clear blue sky, the world of ice and snow, blanketed in silver, is a breathtaking sight only found in colder climates. From the observation deck jutting into the snowy mountain, you can get up close to the ice and snow, and on cool mornings, you can even see diamond-like fragments.
Mina-Mina Beach: This is the largest indoor artificial wave pool in Japan.
