The entire itinerary began early in the morning with passengers being picked up and put on minibuses. Our group consisted of tourists from seven different countries, a truly amazing experience. Our first stop was canoeing, which was a lot of fun, and the water was incredibly clean. Our second stop was a silk center where we visited and saw silk fabrics that were so beautiful to touch, so I bought a set of pajamas. Our third stop was a bee factory where we sampled various flavors of honey. Our fourth stop was a forest adventure and walk; the trees there were so artistically shaped. Next, we went to Starfish Beach and had lunch in the stilt houses over the sea. There were some great spots for taking photos. Finally, we took a boat trip to play in the water and see starfish. Throughout the trip, the tour guide was very dedicated, and we had a wonderful time.
This was my first time using the Express Entry system, and the customer service was very attentive, contacting me to specify the meeting time and location – a great experience overall. However, being inexperienced, I didn't expect the airport to be almost deserted at 6 AM, during the off-season in late October. Using Express Entry ended up being a little awkward. The airport is small; after checking in, I walked to the self-service check-in machine for the meeting, and then it was only about a ten-meter walk to the departure gate. Completely empty so early in the morning, I felt like I had experienced a "lonely Express Entry."
