I received a call 10 minutes before the pickup time, and the driver had already arrived. He even helped with my luggage. The driver was friendly and cheerful, and drove me to and from the hotel. Although the journey takes about 6 hours, there are two rest stops along the way where you can eat pho, so it's not too strenuous. Sapa is worth a visit; it has a very French feel. The first day's route is Lao Chai - Ta Van Village, which involves a 2-3 hour downhill hike and is quite tiring, but the cooler weather in April makes it easier. On the second day, you can chat with the staff. We opted to walk around the city center, which has many beautiful photo spots. Otherwise, you'll have to take a bus to the station or the cable car up the mountain. #Elbiee Operator was very responsive. Many details weren't mentioned in the KKDay description. Elbiee contacted me via WhatsApp before the trip and answered many of my questions. When we arrived, there were two other staff members to greet us. It was a bit chaotic with many people, but the service was excellent. Just be patient while they arrange transportation.
