I've wanted to go to the Chocolate Hills for a long time, but it's a bit far. Luckily, this day trip allows us to visit many must-see attractions without any hassle.
The customer service was excellent, very patient and quick to respond. There was reception on the ship, but the return trip was delayed by 40 minutes. You need to contact Kroos customer service to inform them. The drivers were all punctual and picked up passengers proactively. Remember to bring your passport to the ferry company to exchange for your ticket; you don't need to print them out. The driver won't help you with these; they only take you to the ferry company, but it's very simple. There's a 25 peso fee for the outbound trip and a 30 peso fee for the return trip. The ferry ride is about 2 hours, and the air conditioning on the return trip is very cold. For attractions in Bohol that require tickets, the driver will help you buy them and take photos. Overall, a good experience! 👍 Highly recommend the customer service; they explain things in detail if you don't understand. 👍
