I used this hotel as an overnight stay before returning to Japan from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, and overall it was a very satisfying stay. The hotel has single-story guest rooms spread across a large property, and the walkways are covered, so you can move around without getting wet even on rainy days. The room was clean and spacious enough, allowing me to relax. However, the porter service for carrying large luggage to your room seems to vary depending on the guest. I wasn't offered this service, but they did carry the luggage of some Western guests who arrived around the same time. This might depend on the accommodation plan or membership status, so if you book a reasonably priced plan, it might be best not to have too high expectations. The pool was spacious and looked very inviting to swim in. Unfortunately, it rained heavily on the day of my stay, so I couldn't use it, but it was so appealing that I would want to stay again just for the pool. As for breakfast... well, this was the only disappointment. The photos on social media and the official website made it look like a wonderful buffet with creative dishes, but in reality, it was just a very ordinary buffet. If I were to stay here again, I would probably skip breakfast and eat at the airport instead. That said, overall I was very satisfied and would definitely like to come back again.
