I compared prices for the Themed and Premium hanboks on KKDAY and Klook and found a great last-minute deal on KKDAY the night before. Booked that in and a premium for myself. Rocked up at 9am the next day and there were already a handful of tourists waiting. However, everything was quick, smooth and communicated in good English. My only gripe is that I booked Premium because I wanted the super colourful dresses advertised as Premium on the platforms. There was no fine print about these or certain dresses being extra cost. when I arrived, I realised those were 30,000 extra. I was a bit annoyed as I thought that paying Premium meant I had all access to premium dresses. Also, my daughter's dress was way too short that it was above her ankles and showed her Crocs. My bad for not requesting a dress change but we were pushed for time. TIP: wear nice white shoes/trainers!
The staff, makeup artist, photographer are nice!! Give a thumbs up to the gentlemen for his professionalism & giving attentive guideline to my daughter during the photo session. Nice experience indeed.
My first experience was great; the staff explained everything carefully, and luckily there weren't many people, so I could change clothes at my own pace.
