DMZ Tour from Seoul: JSA Museum & Dora Observatory & 3rd tunnel | KKday
2026/05/02
As a Korean, I had never been to the DMZ before, so I went out of curiosity. Since I didn't have a car, I booked a tour departing from Seoul. However, everyone else there was a foreigner except me. Just as Koreans are curious about the DMZ, foreigners can't resist visiting either. The tour started early in the morning, but there were also options starting at a more moderate time, so it was easy to choose a schedule. The explanations were friendly, and I think even Koreans can understand everything and follow the tour if they can grasp basic English. The tunnels were the best part, but I recommend working out on the Stairway to Heaven before you come. Everything else, such as the JSA Museum, was great. I was sad that the view from the observation deck was cloudy and we couldn't see well. Make sure to check the weather before you go! Also, I wish there were more hands-on activities available! ^^
