I originally wanted to join the March 11th trip, but after communicating with the agency, I changed it to the March 9th tour, which had more participants and was easier to book. Although the final number of participants was small, the agency still provided a medium-sized tour bus, and everyone was very comfortable. Our guide, Kaoko, was very friendly and made the itinerary more flexible. The tea plantation scenery was beautiful, and the experience of grinding matcha by hand at the Green Tea Museum was unique. We could even make traditional matcha with our own ground matcha powder, which was delicious with Japanese sweets. Lunch was matcha noodles, which were also very tasty. The explanation of the sake-making process and the sake tasting were also special. This tour was a one-day in-depth tour, visiting some less-traveled areas, and is highly recommended for those who don't want to rush through every attraction.
