Mr. Akicho is from Shodoshima and has a deep understanding of the island's history and culture. He was not only very thoughtful, but also took us to many unexpected and delightful attractions in a short time. Overall, we had a very comfortable experience and received high-quality service. Overall quite fun, seriously making udon, force to the face, although the teacher who taught how to make udon, although not very English, but she will use body language and translator to try to communicate, and the words are quite interesting. The udon after physical labor was also delicious and recommended for the experience.
