We visited many border crossings in one day. Our tour guide, Joe, was always smiling and actively recommended souvenirs worth buying. The language we used when registering was Cantonese. It would be even better if the tour included more explanations of Japanese culture and history in Cantonese, in addition to basic arrival information.
The tour guide will provide explanations in English, Chinese, and Japanese three times, so don't worry about not understanding. Each stop is quite rushed, leaving little time for leisurely exploration; there's a time pressure. However, the guide will ask you to add them on Line beforehand to offer suggestions, such as buying some bread for lunch to allow more time for the zoo. Plus, there's a Chinese-language guide and explanation, something you don't get on a self-guided tour. The minibus seats were a bit small, but the driver was skilled, the traffic was smooth, and we arrived at the destination earlier than scheduled, giving us more time to find dinner. Overall, it was a good experience.
