I booked the afternoon before departure, and after payment, the shop contacted me quickly that evening to arrange a departure time. We departed at 6:00 AM, and our guide, Dave, arrived at the hotel around 5:50 AM. The round trip took about six hours, during which we could chat or rest. The guide was very experienced in leading tours and had extensive knowledge of the sights; we could also discuss any unforeseen needs with him. I recommend opting for the option that includes entrance fees. Besides being faster, it offers some helpful tips and tricks for local life in India. A professional guide will handle everything, ensuring a smooth and fulfilling trip while minimizing wasted time. For dining, the guide took us to safe and hygienic local restaurants with excellent Google reviews. Shopping at the end was optional; I personally bought a few small items (negotiable prices in India), but I didn't feel pressured to shop. Our experience was roughly 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (including the six-hour round trip, Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, lunch, and shopping). I had a very good experience. I will consider other tours offered by this merchant later.
