Instead of properly showing what was included, we were pressured to upgrade from the start. It felt misleading. We had no real choice but to pay extra for decent options. During hairstyling, there was constant upselling. Even stroller storage cost JPY 1,000, with the repeated response: “Yes, please pay first.” The entire experience revolved around additional charges. Not recommended.
