[Pickup and Meeting Information]
This tour offers pickup at Taipei Main Station, THSR Taichung Station, and Houbi Train Station. You may choose the meeting point that best suits your departure location and convenience.
Travelers from Chiayi and Tainan may consider taking the TRA to Houbi Train Station to meet the group. If departing from THSR Chiayi Station, you must arrange your own transfer and allow sufficient time.
All pickup locations include lunch on the first day and the subsequent itinerary. Please arrive at your selected meeting point on time.

[Package Inclusions and Activity Benefits]
- Dining: Breakfast is provided for each person based on the room occupancy.
- Activity Vouchers: Each room is provided with NT$100 Grassland Market Party vouchers per person based on room occupancy (2 vouchers for a double room, 4 vouchers for a family room; no additional vouchers for extra guests or extra beds).
[Child Participation and Hotel Stay Rules] This is a 3-day, 2-night Tainan package tour. Children and infants must be booked with an adult room package and cannot be registered separately. - Child Age and Tour Fees:
Adult: 12 years and above, charged according to the selected room type and adult package.
Child: 6-11 years, must pay the child tour fee, which includes private transportation, guide service, tour meals, activity experiences, and hotel breakfast.
Infant: 0-5 years, applicable for the infant companion rate, which includes private transportation, essential services, kiln-roasting experience, and dinner. Other meals are not included, no individual meals are provided, and it does not include experience fees, independent materials, or harvest yields.
- Hotel Child Stay Benefits:
The first child under 12 years old per room enjoys free stay without a bed. Infants under 6 years old are exempt from hotel accommodation and breakfast fees. The above free stay benefit applies only to hotel accommodation fees; children and infants must still pay the corresponding tour fees based on their age.
Additional Charge for Second Child: If there is a second child (or more) under 12 years old in the same room, you must purchase the corresponding accommodation add-on package: - Child age is calculated based on the tour departure date. Requests for extra beds must be made in advance, and actual arrangements are subject to hotel confirmation.
[Hotel Notes]
- Vehicle access to the hotel grounds is prohibited after 21:00 on New Year's Eve (Dec 31). Please take note.
- The snack bar will be closed on New Year's Eve and will resume service after 14:00 the following day.
- Operating hours for hotel facilities on the day are subject to the latest announcements on the hotel's official website.

[Walking and Safety Reminder] The walking environment at each attraction may vary due to terrain, weather, and on-site conditions. Some areas may have stairs, slopes, uneven ground, or slippery surfaces. We recommend that travelers wear comfortable, non-slip shoes suitable for walking. Room view information: This package provides standard view rooms, not designated fireworks view rooms. Direct views of the New Year's Eve fireworks from the room are not guaranteed. Guests may head to the hotel's designated New Year's Eve event area to watch the fireworks. Actual viewing locations and sightlines are subject to on-site arrangements.
Accommodation for this tour is at L'arc Hotel Tainan. Bed types are arranged based on actual hotel availability; specific room or bed types cannot be guaranteed.
Traffic is prone to congestion during New Year's Eve and long holidays. Actual arrival times may be adjusted based on road conditions. Please allow sufficient time and refer to on-site announcements on the day.
Arrival times for each part of the itinerary may change due to traffic, weather, holidays, or crowds. We appreciate your understanding if delays or cancellations occur due to these or other force majeure factors; refunds will not be issued based on these circumstances.
If you leave the tour group on your own, the transaction will be considered void, and no refund will be provided. You are responsible for any consequences regarding personal or property safety resulting from such actions.
Please keep your ID and valuables with you at all times during the tour. You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 34 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 24 to 33 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 14 to 23 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
