Product Info

Attraction Introduction:

  • Iitoyo Snow Park: Iitoyo Town in Yamagata Prefecture is one of the snowiest areas in the Tohoku region. In some years, snow can still be seen as late as May. Instead of seeing snow as an obstacle, make the most of it and have fun! This is the philosophy behind **Snow Park**. Whether you're a child or an adult, you can become a carefree kid here and fully enjoy the fun of winter!
  • Uesugi Shrine: Located in Yonezawa City, Yamagata Prefecture, Japan, it is a shrine dedicated to Uesugi Kenshin, a famous general from the Sengoku period, and is one of Yonezawa City's main tourist attractions. Uesugi Shrine is situated within Matsusaki Park (formerly Yonezawa Castle Ruins). The original main hall was destroyed by fire during the Taisho era, and the current main hall was rebuilt in 1923 based on the design of Dr. Chuta Itō, a Yonezawa resident famous for designing Meiji Shrine and Heian Shrine. In addition to the main hall, the park includes the Uesugi Memorial Hall, a statue of Uesugi Kenshin, and a statue of Uesugi Takayama, among other historical buildings, allowing visitors to experience a profound sense of history as they stroll through the grounds.
  • Yonezawa beef: A top-grade Wagyu beef from the Yonezawa region of Yamagata Prefecture, Japan, it is considered one of the "Three Great Wagyu Beefs of Japan," along with Matsusaka and Kobe beef. The Yonezawa region experiences four distinct seasons and significant diurnal temperature variations. Cows are raised for over 32 months on the clear waters of the Mogami River source and high-quality grains. This unique natural environment and rigorous breeding practices result in the finely marbled, evenly distributed fat (marbled meat) of Yonezawa beef. The meat is extremely tender, with a low melting point, melting in the mouth and releasing a rich, uniquely sweet aroma. Whether used in sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, or grilled steak, it showcases the ultimate flavor of top-grade Wagyu beef.
