Please read the precautions carefully before purchasing tickets. Successful ticket purchase signifies acceptance of the following activity precautions: According to Article 6, "Refund and Exchange Mechanism," of the Ministry of Culture's "Standardized Contract for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets," there are four refund and exchange policies. This program adopts Policy 2: Consumers can request a refund or exchange within 3 days of purchasing the ticket (excluding the purchase date). Refund and exchange requests will not be accepted from the 4th day after purchase. For example, if tickets are purchased on July 14, 2026, the refund deadline is July 17, 2026. Refunds requested on or after July 18, 2026 will not be accepted. Subsequent refunds will follow the same principle.

The "Refund Request Form" link is already on your ticket voucher. Please click on it, fill it out, and submit it within the refund period.

The deadline for submitting refund requests for this product is 23:59 (Taiwan time) on August 4, 2026. Requests submitted after this time will not be accepted. Regardless of the purchase date, refunds will not be processed for forms submitted after 23:59 on August 4, 2026; even if you purchased your ticket on August 4, 2026, the "within 3 days of purchase" refund period will not apply. Refund requests are based on the time the form is submitted (Taiwan time GMT+8).

To maintain fairness, refund applications will be processed in the order they are submitted. For applications submitted within the refund deadline, even if our actual processing time exceeds 3 business days, the refund application will still be considered valid based on the submission date, and the refund will be processed accordingly. Please feel free to complete the form within the deadline.

Please do not fill in the form repeatedly after submission, so as not to affect the processing order.

The refund application review process takes approximately 2-3 business days. If the application meets the refund criteria, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval. Please take note.

KKday reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to accept a refund, including but not limited to: submitting false information, submitting duplicate applications, or exceeding the submission deadline.

Traffic congestion is common around Kaohsiung Arena, and parking spaces within the park are limited. Please make the most of public transportation to get to Kaohsiung Arena.

In the event of damage, loss, or damage to tickets, the organizer will handle the matter in accordance with Item 7 of the "Standardized Contract for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets," which states, "Entry Mechanism for Damaged, Lost, or Damaged Tickets: The organizer shall provide consumers with a detailed explanation of the entry mechanism in the event of damage, loss, or damage to tickets."

Please do not bring cameras, video cameras, DV cameras, or recorders into the venue. Taking photos, videos, or recording audio is prohibited without the organizer's permission.

This program prohibits the bringing of outside food, beverages, any kind of metal, glass, PET bottle containers, laser pointers, fireworks, or any dangerous items.

Each performance venue has its own admission rules, which ticket holders are requested to abide by. Latecomers must comply with the venue's regulations.
