Purchase Notice
【It is recommended that all students in the group have the same skill level】
It is recommended that all students in the group have a similar skill level. If skill levels differ, students may have to wait for one another. For safety reasons, the instructor will focus primarily on the student with the most basic skill level.
【It is recommended that adults and children take separate lessons】
Because adults and children have different learning styles, SNOWPINK recommends separate lessons for better learning outcomes.
If you still wish to take the lesson together, the instructor will focus primarily on the children for safety reasons.
【Health condition of students】
If you have any injuries, pre-existing medical conditions, or are pregnant, please consult a professional physician to ensure it is safe for you to participate in the ski experience.
【Snowboard/Ski cannot be taught in the same lesson】
You can only choose either Snowboard or Ski for a single lesson; due to professional considerations, both cannot be taught at the same time.
【Half-day lesson】
Half-day lessons are only available at the Kamidai area of Zao Onsen Ski Resort and start at 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM.
【Equipment rental】
Please complete your equipment rental before the lesson begins. If you have not finished renting your equipment on the day, the instructor can assist you on-site, but the time spent on rental will be counted as part of the lesson time, and no make-up lessons or extensions will be provided.
