【Meiji Jingu Gaien】

Meiji Jingu Gaien was planned to be built on the site of the former Aoyama Parade Ground to pass on the virtues of Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken to future generations. The ginkgo avenue, which can be called the symbol of Meiji Jingu Gaien, began its cultivation under the plan of Dr. Yoshinobu Orishita, known as the master of modern Japanese landscaping, and was completed in 1923. It was designed using perspective techniques so that the Meiji Memorial Picture Gallery can be seen beautifully at the end of the avenue.

【Mizumoto Park】

Mizumoto Park is the only park in Tokyo with a waterfront landscape, built along the Koai-tame pond. Until 1975, this area was designated as the Metropolitan Edogawa Waterfront Natural Park. Various waterways drawn from the Koai-tame pond run through the park, creating a waterfront landscape. In the park, trees that thrive in waterside environments, such as poplar avenues, metasequoia forests, and Japanese alders, grow, and you can see many aquatic plants such as Japanese irises, water lilies, and yellow water lilies.

【Asukayama Park】

This was the first park in Japan, opened by the 8th Shogun Yoshimune who planted cherry trees for the recreation of Edo commoners, and it has been selected as one of the New Tokyo 100 Views. Asukayama is also a site from the Pre-pottery, Jomon, and Yayoi periods, where one of the largest ring-moat settlements (villages surrounded by trenches) in eastern Japan has been discovered.

【Ueno Onshi Park】

Ueno Park was built on the hills known as 'Ueno no Yama,' right next to Ueno Station. Since opening in May 1876 as Japan's first park, it has developed as a center for culture, art, and entertainment. Today, it is a unique area where many important facilities such as museums, art galleries, a zoo, and an art university are gathered in one park.

【Kitanomaru Park】

Kitanomaru Park is integrated with the Imperial Palace forest, and is loved by people as a lush green park where you can enjoy seasonal plants and where diverse living creatures such as wild birds and insects inhabit.

【Asakusa Imahan Beef Bento】

A classic bento that can be called synonymous with Asakusa Imahan's bento. It is packed with Kuroge Wagyu beef simmered in a secret sauce!
