Thank you to RICO, our kind and attentive tour leader, for his patient explanations and clear English pronunciation, which made for a wonderful experience. The two drivers were also very professional and friendly, with excellent driving skills, making the journey smooth. Thank you also to the man who speaks Chinese and was very helpful at the meeting point. It was a fantastic trip; the snow monkeys were adorable. Although the journey was a bit long, the snow hut scenery was beautiful. It's a pity we only had a 30-minute stop. We made it back to Shinjuku safely before 8:30 PM. If we could have stayed an extra 10-15 minutes, the activity time would have been more ample. Overall, highly recommended!
The itinerary was tight, but the tour guide was great and reminded us what to do first to save time. The grape-flavored ice cream at Oishi Park was really delicious. We were also very lucky this time, as we could see the summit of Mount Fuji from every location. It was just a pity that the Kaba was closed due to low water levels, so we took the Hakucho instead.
It was a very fulfilling trip, and the tour guide explained everything clearly. The journey was long, but I was very happy to see Mount Fuji! I would definitely consider joining a similar tour again next time.
It was a lucky day! The weather was beautiful, and we even saw the white-capped Mount Fuji under a clear blue sky. The lingering snow along the way added to the beauty. Although only about 70% of the cherry blossoms were in bloom, they were still delicate and vibrant. Our tour guide was fluent in English, Japanese, and Chinese, and his humor made our last day of the trip very enjoyable.
