This trip included Lake Chuzenji, Kegon Falls, and Toshogu Shrine. All three attractions are on the same mountain, and the ascent and descent offer the experience of the 48 hairpin bends of the Iroha Mountain Road. The tour bus is quite large, so it wasn't very bumpy; I didn't experience any motion sickness. Toshogu Shrine left a particularly deep impression on me. I highly recommend renting an audio guide when you visit to see many details and learn about the history and stories behind the Japanese architecture – it's a truly wonderful experience!
At first, I thought it would be difficult to pick up the tickets, so I looked up some videos because it was our first time traveling independently in Tokyo. But it turned out we didn't have any problems. We found the right machine and queued up at one of the machines with Chinese interfaces. It's a one-time ticket collection system. We exchanged our tickets at the same machine and selected our departure time and seat. We kept the return ticket safe there or exchanged it for the correct time and seat first (remember to select the correct time and date). It's very important to keep your tickets safe!
