Purchase Notice

  • If you require a child car seat, please be sure to inform us of your child's age.
  • Boarding and alighting locations are generally within Tokyo. Please note that additional charges will apply for boarding and alighting locations outside of Tokyo.
  • Due to time constraints for private charter car, please choose one destination from the Mt. Fuji or Hakone area. Additional charges will apply for visits to more than one location.
  • If the service exceeds 10 hours, an additional fee will be charged. Please pay the driver directly in cash on the day of service.
  • After 10 PM, an additional late-night fee of 3,000 yen per hour will be charged.
  • When making a reservation, please be sure to provide a contact method where we can reach you (such as WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.).

Excess charges for private charter car

If the service time exceeds 10 hours, an additional fee will be charged.

• 7-seater/10-seater/14-seater: ¥5,000 per hour

• 22-seater: ¥10,000 per hour

Late-night surcharge (22:00-06:59)

A late-night surcharge of 3,000 yen per hour is required after 10 PM. (Based on the service end time)

Mt. Fuji 5th station climbing fee

A separate climbing fee is required if you wish to go to the 5th station of Mt. Fuji. The fee varies depending on the type of vehicle, so please pay directly to the facility at the 5th station area of ​​Mt. Fuji on the day of your visit.

Reminders

  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

  • If a passenger causes significant damage to the vehicle (such as vomit, foul odors, or difficulty in cleaning), a cleaning fee will be charged depending on the circumstances.

  • If you need to modify or change your order, please contact us at least two days before your trip. In case of emergency, please contact customer service in advance.

  • If the departure or arrival point is outside of Tokyo, two hours will be deducted as empty driving time for the one-way trip.
