Although I booked it the night before, the customer service staff still did their best to arrange a driver! Both drivers arrived on time, proving they are a trustworthy company.
Aside from the slightly chilly weather, the scenery was beautiful. The tour guide was very friendly and provided excellent service, showing concern for everyone's itinerary and recommending good restaurants. The shuttle bus was also very comfortable.
We were able to visit a few places in comfort without having to rush for transport. Lunch was provided and it was very delicious. The driver drove safely from destination to destination. The guide was informative and shared a lot about the history of fuji mountain but felt that she could have given us time for toilet break when we reached the first destination(as I was travelling with my elderly parents, they really needed toilet after a 2h bus ride).
The day start very early with pick up in the Tokyo Station but our tour guide Betty made everything smooth as she created a tour WhatsApp group to manage our timing and support during the day.
The tour had great mix of tradicional places do visit and some not so common. The best part was the history behind and locations meaning explained by Betty. For example I didn't know in Oishi Park the mini Mt Fuji was made of other mountains rocks across Japan and I went there at least 4 times.
So I would definitely recommend the experience but my only suggest would be to have charges in the bus and the lunch in a place with better options.
