We may use a small car to get there on the day, so please avoid bringing large luggage. If necessary, please inform us in advance for confirmation.
The type of vehicle used will be determined based on the number of participants on the day. If there are fewer than 20 participants, a small, comfortable vehicle will be used for the tour, and no separate tour leader will be assigned. The driver will also serve as the tour leader throughout the tour, providing only Chinese-speaking guides, but not language services for introducing attractions.
Bus seats are subject to on-site allocation and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that the booked tour itinerary may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions and weather on the day of the tour. The duration of stay at attractions may be adjusted, or some attractions may be cancelled. Return arrival time may also be significantly delayed.
If you leave the tour midway, it will be considered as an automatic abandonment of the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
If the tour cannot proceed due to weather conditions or insufficient participants, a full refund will be issued. However, expenses incurred by the traveler, such as transportation and accommodation, will not be compensated. Travelers who fail to arrive on the day of the tour, leave the group midway, or voluntarily abandon the tour due to personal reasons are not entitled to a refund or compensation.
