Formerly known as the Museum of the Western Han Dynasty Nanyue King, it was built on the original site of the tomb after the excavation of the tomb of Zhao Mo, the King of Nanyue, in 1983. The museum has 10 exhibition halls, with permanent exhibitions of cultural relics of the King of Nanyue and porcelain pillows.
