Purchase Notice
- Please specify your route when placing your order. If you are picking up at the airport, please be sure to provide your flight information so that the driver can keep track of your flight schedule.

Overtime/Excess Time Fees
Five/seven-seater buses for half an hour +NT$250, nine-seater buses for half an hour +NT$300, and so on (please inform us in advance for arrangements).
Chinese New Year surcharge: Half-day private charter car+NT$500; Full-day private charter car+NT$1000 (payable to driver on-site)
Other fees (payable to the driver on-site)
- Upgrade from a 5-seater to a 7-seater: NT$600 (must inquire and arrange in advance)
- Fangliao (one way, departure/return): 5-seater +NT$1000, 9-seater +NT$1200 (8 hours)
- Kaohsiung city (one way, departure/return): 5-seater/7-seater +NT$1500, 9-seater +NT$1800 (8 hours)
Reminders
If there are any changes to the pick-up or drop-off location, please notify us of the changes before 5 PM the day before your ride (via chat with the merchant or customer service email) and receive a confirmation reply. The company reserves the right to refuse any changes made on the same day.
Please order the vehicle type according to the actual number of passengers. If the number of passengers exceeds the limit, the driver has the right to refuse service and will not provide a refund for safety reasons.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point early for pick-up. After the vehicle arrives, please wait for a maximum of 15 minutes (60 minutes for airport pick-ups, starting from the arrival time of your flight). We regret that we cannot accept requests to modify, cancel, or refund your order due to lateness or absence.
The trip may include a taxi as transportation, at no extra charge.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions such as typhoons that pose a safety risk to drivers, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or modify the service. The supplier will notify the customer one day in advance of any such cancellation or modification.
According to Taiwanese law, children aged 0-4 years must use a qualified child safety seat when traveling in a vehicle, depending on their age and size. If traveling with children, it is recommended to book a child safety seat in advance. One child safety seat is provided free of charge for a one-day private charter car; a second seat will incur an additional charge of NT$200.
For any additional charges, please pay the driver in cash after the trip.
If you cannot find the driver at the pick-up location or encounter any problems during your trip, please be sure to contact customer service proactively.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
