Service Introduction

Rental period: 8 hours round trip from Sendai city center.

Departure time & departure location: As required by the passenger (different departure locations outside Sendai city may involve price differences. If this occurs, customer service will confirm with you again after you place the order, and you can pay the driver on the same day).

Trip distance: The total distance traveled must be within 200 kilometers (the route must be reasonable and without backtracking). For trips exceeding 200 kilometers, a charge of JPY 300 per kilometer will be applied.

Driver Language: Drivers will be randomly assigned to drivers who speak Chinese or Japanese; specific languages ​​cannot be specified.

Service hours: 08:00-20:00. Late night hours: 20:00 - 08:00. Night surcharge: 5,000 yen/hour. Please pay the driver before boarding. The time is based on the scheduled pick-up time and the time of disembarkation at the end of the trip.

1. Overtime Fee Details: (Normal usage time is 8 hours)

5-7 seats: 7000 yen/hour

10 seats: 10000 yen/hour

2. If accommodation is required in a city other than Sendai, an additional 8000 yen accommodation fee will be charged to the driver.

3. For total distances exceeding 200 kilometers, a fee of 300 yen per kilometer will be charged.

4. Tolls and parking fees incurred during the pick-up and drop-off process will be reimbursed based on actual costs. Please pay the driver directly in Japanese yen cash on the day of the trip.

Reminders

  • Child seats are not mandatory; please reserve in advance if needed. The supplier can provide one child seat free of charge. A child seat occupies the space of 1.5 people, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity; please confirm beforehand. Additional child seats will incur an additional fee of 2000 yen per seat per day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.

  • The total duration of the private charter car service is 8 hours. Both pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or guesthouses within Sendai city. For pick-up and drop-off in other locations, the driver will be given time to drive or an additional fee may apply. The service hours are from 08:00 to 20:00. It is recommended to plan your departure time accordingly to make the most of your time at the attractions.

  • Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into the scenic area.

  • Empty vehicle fee: There may be a price difference if the departure or return location is different. If this occurs, customer service will confirm with you again after you place the order.

  • Any additional charges should be paid to the driver on-site. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe; no compensation will be provided for any damage.

  • If the number of luggage and passengers is deemed insufficient to accommodate the passenger, we will discuss with you whether to change the vehicle type or cancel the order. If the actual number of luggage on site does not match the number filled in when ordering, and the site cannot accommodate the luggage, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without refund.
