Before reaching Damme, look out for the iconic Kruisvest Windmills lined up along the canal and the imposing medieval gates of Kruispoort and Gentpoort, with the skyline of a UNESCO World Heritage city slowly opening up before you.

Your first stop is Damme, one of the most beautiful and best-kept secrets in all of Belgium. Nestled between canals lined with century-old poplars, this ancient medieval port still holds its quiet, timeless grandeur. Cobbled streets, Flemish brick facades and a stunning 15th-century Gothic Town Hall straight out of a Flemish painting. Your guide will reveal the details you'd never find on your own — then you'll have free time to capture those photos everyone will ask about.

On the way to Bruges, your guide sets the scene with everything you need to know before arriving: the city's history, its most fascinating legends, how to get around and the secrets you won't find in any guidebook. You'll arrive knowing exactly where to look.
