The Yangmingshan azalea display is a spring-limited event. While specific timings can vary slightly each year due to weather, the vibrant pink azaleas typically bloom across the mountains during early to mid-spring. This period offers the most spectacular views, transforming the landscape into a 'pink galaxy' as described. It's advisable to check local bloom forecasts closer to your travel dates for the most accurate timing.
For the breathtaking flower sea terraces and the golden Meijiang rapeseed flowers, the best viewing months are generally during spring. Rapeseed flowers typically reach their peak between March and April, creating expansive golden landscapes. The Taoyuan Terraces, part of the 'Spring Charm' route, also feature rapeseed flowers during this period, and later in the spring, some areas may showcase hydrangeas. Focusing on early to mid-spring will offer the prime rapeseed flower viewing experience.
