Please arrive within your reserved time slot. Come at a time that's convenient for you! After checking in at the front desk, use the locker room and head to the beach once you're ready. *Please note that your pass is only valid for the reserved time slot (morning or afternoon), and your arrival time does not affect the closing time.
Let's head out onto Lake Biwa! Life jackets, paddles, and kayaks are available on the beach. If you're new to kayaking, please watch the instruction video on how to paddle and operate the kayak in the lobby before heading to the beach. After a staff member on the beach checks that your life jacket is safe, you can head out onto the lake within the designated area.
Your experience is over. Staff will let you know when your time (morning or afternoon session) is up. Follow staff instructions and return to the beach to return your life jacket, paddle, and kayak. Shower facilities are available in the foot washing area and locker rooms.
