- Service Duration: 10 hours; overtime fees apply and must be paid in cash to the driver.
- Departure Time: Recommended between 08:00 - 11:00 (departing from Kyoto)
- Charter Route: Please refer to the suggested routes. You may also propose your own itinerary within the plan specifications, provided the total travel distance is within 300 km. If you would like a direct quote from customer service, please check this product page.
- Charter Range: If the pick-up/drop-off location is outside Osaka or Kyoto city, an out-of-area service fee will be charged (fees vary by location), and approximately 2 hours will be deducted for the driver's travel time to/from the location.

Surcharge(s)
Late-night service fee
The service hours are generally from 8:00 to 22:00. If you use the private charter car service outside of these hours, a late-night fee of 3,000 yen will be charged, payable in cash to the driver on-site.
Overtime fee
If the rental period exceeds 10 hours, a fee of 5000 yen per hour will be charged, with each additional 30 minutes counted as one hour.
The driver will provide return time suggestions based on map directions; if overtime is caused by unforeseen traffic congestion, the guest will be responsible for any overtime charges.
Second and more child seats
One child seat is provided free of charge; subsequent seats will cost 2,000 yen each.
Cross-regional service fee for getting on/off at different locations
If the pick-up/drop-off point is outside of Osaka or Kyoto city, an additional cross-district service fee will be charged (the fee varies depending on the location; for example, if the destination is Kobe, a highway toll of 5,000 yen will be charged), and the driver's travel time to and from the destination will be deducted by approximately 1 to 2 hours.
