If any itinerary needs to be cancelled due to insufficient snow cover, a final decision will generally be made within two days prior to departure (including itineraries using direct buses). If the ski resort has at least one operating chairlift and one accessible run, the itinerary will generally proceed as scheduled.
If the ski resort you booked is temporarily closed due to weather conditions such as strong winds or blizzards on the day of departure, you will be unable to go skiing. In this case, unused chairlift tickets will be refunded, but the refund amount may differ from the local price. Thank you for your understanding.
All rental equipment will be collected on-site, and the redemption location will be indicated on your respective redemption voucher. The details of each rental package are as follows: Ski /Skiing Package (includes skis, ski boots, and Snowboarding); Snowboard Package (includes skis and ski boots).
Due to weather conditions or ski resort conditions, facilities such as chairlifts, ski schools, and Snowboard parks may be unavailable without prior notice. Your understanding is appreciated. (No refunds will be provided in such cases.)
Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables. During bus tours, the handling of luggage and ski/ski equipment is a service provided solely to the bus driver or our staff; we are not responsible for their safekeeping. Furthermore, we, the company, accommodation facilities, bus company, and rest stops are not liable for any theft, loss, forgetting, or misplacement of items due to participant negligence. When loading luggage, please disassemble any potentially damaging equipment (such as bindings) beforehand to avoid damage.
Bus tickets, cable car vouchers, and other necessary tour tickets will be distributed at the meeting point on the day of departure or on the bus. Please be sure to check the number of tickets and the number of people on the spot to ensure they are correct. Lost tickets cannot be reissued, so please take note.
All bus seats are assigned. Please sit according to the seating chart posted at the bus boarding entrance and do not change seats without permission.
